Whether you wish to exhibit as a flying or static item, we require you to complete an online Flying Display application. We have a secure online solution which allows you to apply with ease.  It incorporates six sections and is the base for capturing information relevant for participation, as well as being the vehicle to request your Exhibitor passes.

PART 1   Aircraft/Operating/Technical Details (Applicable to all Aircraft)
PART 2   Confirmation of Aircraft Insurance (Applicable to all Aircraft)
PART 3   Flying Display Aircraft Only
PART 4   Hazardous Material (only if applicable)
PART 5   Arrival Details (Applicable to all aircraft)
PART 6   Application to Operate to Runway Thresholds 06/24 Long.

The Flying Display Regulations should be read in conjunction with the application.
